The Law Offices of Robert A. Wilks and Associates is a lawfirm which places emphasis upon Creditor Remedy Law, such as asset recovery, debt recovery (collection), secured creditor remedies, Mechanics Liens and construction related claims.

Established in 1970 by Attorney Robert A. Wilks, the lawfirm employs both professional and lay personnel with extensive experience and expertise in the areas of the firm's emphasis.

To achieve the earliest and most comprehensive results for clients, the lawfirm uses both legal and non-legal techniques and methods to resolve the client's claims.

The lawfirm maintains active relationships with a variety of contract services in addition to its own staff, who provide investigative, skiptrace, asset location and process services to assists with resolution of the client's claims.

Calendaring, follow up and report generation are all computer driven to assure a timely progression of all claims, each designed to provide the earliest and most comprehensive resolution possible on a per claim basis.
